• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the substance abuse history and mental health needs of clients, ensuring all data is captured accurately to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques based on established best practices, with the goal of promoting sustained recovery.
• Collaborate closely with fellow treatment team members, ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive approach to client care.
• Educate and engage clients' families about addiction and recovery processes, fostering their participation in the therapeutic journey.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals dealing with substance abuse disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and often face complex challenges, including mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Understanding these varying experiences is crucial to providing individualized care and facilitating effective recovery.

• A valid professional license such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Prior specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly deemed.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating substance use and co-occurring disorders.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
