Blueview Recovery is an addiction treatment center located in King of Prussia, PA, offering high-quality care through Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP) programs. Our mission is to help individuals rebuild their lives through purpose-driven, compassionate care. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Director of Business Development to help expand our presence and connect more individuals with the care they need.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Director of Business Development with a strong background in the behavioral health space—specifically PHP/IOP. This leadership role is focused on growing our referral network, generating admissions, and increasing awareness of Blueview Recovery’s programs. The ideal candidate is strategic, highly motivated, and well-connected, with a solid understanding of admissions, referral coordination, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring new clients into our program by developing and nurturing strong referral relationships.

  • Lead and execute business development strategies to grow our admissions pipeline.

  • Represent Blueview Recovery with professionalism and empathy during on-site visits, events, and outreach efforts.

  • Maintain an active presence in the community and consistently follow up with referral sources.

  • Coordinate closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

  • Track and report performance metrics related to referrals, outreach, and marketing impact.

  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities and partnerships in the region.
