Job Description

As a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health Therapist, you will work in an outpatient setting with an average caseload of 12 clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Care & Treatment

✔️ Develop personalized biopsychosocial treatment plans for new clients.
 ✔️ Provide SUD and mental health assessments, counseling, and intervention services.
 ✔️ Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
 ✔️ Develop service plans and conduct reviews throughout treatment.
Coordination & Collaboration

✔️ Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care.
 ✔️ Coordinate with medical and psychiatric providers for comprehensive care.
 ✔️ Ensure smooth discharge planning and follow-ups.
Compliance & Documentation

✔️ Maintain thorough documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
 ✔️ Participate in annual cultural competency, diversity, and safety training.
Community Engagement

✔️ Represent WisHope at community events, trainings, and meetings.
 ✔️ Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and partners.
Qualifications:

✅ Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
 ✅ Licensure (SAC-IT, SAC, CSAC, LPC-IT, LPC, APSW, LCSW, LMFT) Required
 ✅ Experience in addiction treatment and mental health care.
 ✅ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
 ✅ Commitment to cultural competency and diversity in care.
