• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) during virtual sessions to support clients in their recovery journeys.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Engage in peer review meetings and case consultations regularly to ensure the continuous improvement of client care and therapeutic approaches.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and resource availability in the community.
• Stay current with developments and evidence in mental health to enhance therapeutic practices and client engagement strategies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling effective customizations of treatment plans for varying client needs.
