• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and any co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying psychological issues using evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, aiming to empower clients with coping strategies and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and other professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care for each client.
• Educate and involve families in the recovery process, fostering an understanding of addiction and supporting their loved ones' journeys.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulatory expectations.

You will primarily work with adult clients struggling with substance use disorders and concurrent mental health challenges. Our treatment center uniquely focuses on providing culturally competent care and addressing the various sociocultural factors that may influence recovery. Clients come from diverse backgrounds and face unique challenges; your role will be crucial in helping them navigate through these complexities.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling and knowledge of evidence-based practices for treatment.
• Strong therapeutic skills and the ability to motivate clients towards achieving their recovery goals.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration within a therapeutic setting.

• Experience working in a substance abuse treatment environment or community health clinic.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually based on your experience and credentials.
