The Recovery Care Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dedicated team. Although you will primarily engage with patients virtually, you will be collaborating closely with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure that care is holistic and patient-centered. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health statuses, identifying their unique strengths, challenges, and needs.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) that address the complexities of addiction recovery.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings with healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress, coordinate care, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, available treatment options, and medication management, ensuring they understand the journey ahead.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique circumstances.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of each patient while collaborating with the broader treatment team.
• Assist patients in navigating the mental health system, advocating for their rights and taking proactive steps to address their needs.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation workshops, creating a supportive atmosphere for patients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.
• Coordinate discharge planning meetings to ensure continuity of care as patients transition from detox to outpatient services.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
