• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique situation, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to cater to your clients' specific needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity of client information.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care and to enhance the overall treatment experience for clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to review progress and share best practices, ultimately aiming to improve client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering a supportive environment for healing and recovery.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Your focus will be primarily on individuals dealing with mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will provide therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including those from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure to practice as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of New York.
• Solid understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet clients' unique needs.
