Health Bridge Psychotherapy Center is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position allows for flexibility in working hours while offering the opportunity to engage deeply in the rehabilitation process of our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify co-occurring disorders, establishing individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and mental health concerns.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy meetings to provide a supportive environment for clients, focusing on addiction recovery, trauma response, and overall mental health improvements.
  • Regularly monitor and document clientsโ€™ progress throughout their therapy journey, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluation.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other addiction specialists, to provide integrated care and ensure a holistic approach to client health.
  • Educate clients and their families about addiction, mental health support mechanisms, and recovery processes, fostering a stronger understanding within their support systems.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus
