RCA@Waldorf, Maryland: Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Center that opened September 2018, is seeking a fulltime primary care physician for its growing patient census. This 100 + bed inpatient treatment center is located in Southern Maryland, and treats patients from Maryland, Washington DC & Virginia.

Recovery Centers of America at Waldorf is a neighborhood-based addiction treatment center that offers patients a place to detoxify from drugs or alcohol in a  safe, comfortable,  residential center to get them started on the road to lifelong recovery.

Position Overview: The physician will prescribe medication in addition to counseling patients. A primary care physician at an RCA facility has advanced training in addiction and will oversee the physical health of each patient.  RCA and its team will address the underlying issues of addiction through individual therapy, group therapy, and other approved psychiatric methods.
