• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ substance abuse and mental health histories to inform treatment approaches.
• Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to address the complexities of addiction and co-occurring mental health issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families, equipping them with the tools needed to actively participate in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, primarily individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcoholism, opioid dependence, and behavioral addictions. Your efforts will help clients navigate the often challenging paths to recovery, providing them with skills and strategies to manage their conditions effectively.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist, or Master Social Worker - Clinical Specialty (MSW - Clinical).
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, preference will be given to those with a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment.
• A robust understanding of evidence-based practices for managing both addiction and mental health disorders.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health or substance abuse setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in engaging clients in therapeutic conversations and motivating them toward recovery.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic practices is highly desirable.

• Attractive salary range from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
