• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's specific mental health challenges and readiness for treatment.
• Develop, implement, and continually refine individualized treatment plans that promote growth, resilience, and well-being through evidence-based techniques.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic methods tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring effective progress towards therapeutic goals.
• Utilize remote teletherapy tools to provide accessible care, particularly for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical encounters and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and industry research to enhance therapeutic practices and stay current with best practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families grappling with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and other mental health conditions. Our clients are looking for a compassionate therapist who can create a safe space for reflection and healing while providing actionable strategies for overcoming their challenges. • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusted therapeutic relationships and effectively engage with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and mental health struggles.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills for efficient case management and administrative processes.

• Experience working with addiction treatment or related behavioral health concerns is highly desirable.
• Background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.
• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus.

• Annual salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
