Supports FOIA intake, scanning, case file maintenance, status communications, recordkeeping, research and analysis, meeting coordination, appeals support, and general program support

Qualifications:
Basic FOIA knowledge; strong written/verbal communication, analytical, organizational, clerical, and customer service skills; MS Office proficiency; attention to detail; ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred: SecureRelease and Collaboration Portal experience.

Education & Experience:
Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
1-5 years of professional experience, including some FOIA experience.
