Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Business Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in managing the order and production process for a designated customer base. This position involves overseeing price changes, shop orders, packaging and ingredient changes, and shipments.   • Manage customer orders, inventory, production scheduling, and shipments.
  • Input shop orders into the manufacturing system in alignment with customer orders.
  • Maintain and update the base price list for each customer.
  • Process billing and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
  • Balance finished goods inventory on a weekly basis.
  • Support the production scheduler to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Process invoices and credits as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department to coordinate product release and shipping.
  • Provide coverage for other Business Coordinator accounts during absences.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and company order management systems.
  • Experience with Adage software is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to respond professionally to phone, fax, and email communications.
  • Account Management experience is preferred.
