Role Overview
As a Digital Ad Operations Specialist, you will be essential to scaling customer acquisition efforts by ensuring the flawless and efficient launch of high-impact paid campaigns. • Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads across key channels, and create/traffic tags across platforms.
  • Partner with the campaign team to plan for the upcoming quarter and review current campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaigns closely, especially during the first 48 hours, and execute ongoing optimizations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Lead the technical QA process for all ad creative-including static, rich media, video, and third-party tags-to ensure they meet standards.
  • Investigate and reconcile data discrepancies greater than 10% between ad servers, DSPs, and publisher reporting systems.
  • Oversee audience targeting integration and manage audience match rates across platforms.
  • Provide weekly optimization and performance reporting, utilizing advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Identify additional targeting opportunities and performance improvements, providing recommendations rather than simply executing requests.

Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360).

  • Deep expertise in other DSPs like The Trade Desk (TTD) and major social platforms including Meta and Reddit.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Comfort with HTML, JavaScript, rich media formats, VAST/VPAID for video, and current privacy regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with LiveRamp, Bombora, Demandbase, or other ABM or audience-focused vendors.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
  • A self-motivated, curious, and proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholder groups and fostering internal and external relationships.
