The Campaign Manager will be part of a team responsible for managing advertising campaigns. This role will collaborate with the company's editorial, creative, and development teams. Working across multiple teams within the media business, daily responsibilities will include:
What You'll Do:
  • Manage advertising insertion orders and own post-sale campaign execution.
  • Setup, QA, traffic, manage and troubleshoot Podcast & Display campaigns serving as the AdOps expert for a growing line of business.
  • Work with the Sales, Account Management, and Brand Studio teams on campaigns to ensure timely deliverables, approvals and launch.
  • Quality check client's creative adheres to technical specifications - all script and audio assets to run successfully on all Vox Media podcasts.Collaborate with designers on custom and high-impact creative units.
  • Making sure all ad tracking tags are appended and firing properly. QA and troubleshoot tracking, and reporting issues.
  • Translate client requirements into technical ad-serving solutions.
  • Monitor reporting to optimize campaign delivery and performance for Revenue Retention.
  • Work with Revenue Accounting teams to make sure all media delivery is reconciled across all media platforms and can be billed in full

What Success Looks Like:
  • Campaigns delivered efficiently and in full against revenue and delivery goals
  • Strong, positive working relationships with Sales, Account Management, Accounting, Editorial, and Production teams

What You'll Bring:
  • Relevant prior work experience (5+ years) or BA/BS with a strong academic record.
  • Previous knowledge in client services, ad operations, trafficking, and ad-serving. Previously working with Megaphone is a plus.
  • Business-minded with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and do whatever is needed to see a project through to completion.
  • Being an effective team player, curiosity and the ambition to grow.

Experience:
  • 1+ years trafficking ads in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and/or Megaphone
  • Familiarity with Order Management Systems (Boostr)
  • Familiarity with brand-safety and verification vendors (DoubleVerify, MOAT)
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
