This is a hybrid role where creative meets analytical. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling ad campaigns that drive real business results across TikTok, Meta (FB/IG), and YouTube.

Responsibilities
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube
  • Translate client goals into audience-first media strategies with full-funnel structure (Awareness > Consideration > Conversion)
  • Develop A/B tests across copy, creatives, hooks, formats, and placements

Audience Building & Segmentation

  • Build audience segments: interest-based, lookalikes, custom, and retargeting
  • Set up and manage pixel tracking, events, and conversion APIs
  • Strategically refresh creatives and audiences to prevent fatigue

Campaign Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor key performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for internal and client teams
  • Recommend optimizations to improve ROI and scale efficiently
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brief ad angles, hooks, and visuals
  • Join client calls to present campaign results, trends, and scaling roadmaps
  • Stay on top of platform updates and emerging paid media trends
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience running paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Deep understanding of funnel strategy, performance metrics, and ad psychology
  • Proficient in Ads Manager platforms, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking setup
