Job description

About this opportunity

At AD Mortgage, our people are our greatest asset. As a Corporate Recruiter, you are the one who finds them. You won't just fill seats; you will partner with leadership to build high-performing teams. This is a role for a proactive "hunter" who values candidate experience and data-driven decision-making.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Own the Lifecycle: Execute the full-cycle recruitment process from the initial intake meeting with Hiring Managers to the final offer negotiation.

  • Engineer Sourcing Strategies: Move beyond "post and pray." You will actively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to build a diverse pipeline.

  • Evaluate Potential: Conduct high-quality behavioral interviews and technical screenings to ensure we hire for both skill and cultural alignment.

  • Partner with Leadership: Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers, helping them define roles, refine job descriptions, and navigate market trends.

  • Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant—whether hired or not—has a professional, transparent, and positive experience with our brand.

  • Drive Data Integrity: Manage our ATS (Teamtailor) with precision, using data to track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: 1–3 years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.

  • The "Recruiter Mindset": You are proactive, resilient, and possess a "sales" mentality when it comes to closing top talent.

  • Tech-Savviness: You are an expert in navigating ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools.

  • Communication Mastery: You have the interpersonal "polish" to represent AD Mortgage to top-level candidates.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Growth Opportunities
  • AD Mortgage fosters a cooperative and culture that promotes growth. We are committed to seeing our employees develop.

  • With an expanding team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and grow professionally and personally.

Working Conditions
  • This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ or Troy, Michigan.

  • Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

What We Offer | Career and Culture
  • Company Culture: Inclusive, supportive company culture where you are not a number, but a voice that's heard and brings value.

  • Growth Path: Defined paid training and clear pathways for career development.

  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, sick days, paid volunteer hours, medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).

Take the first step towards a rewarding career in the mortgage industry with AD Mortgage.
