Associate Center Clinical Medical Director – Margate, FL

COMPENSATION: $270-$290k base + Bonus’ and Partnership

To support continued growth, our client is seeking high-caliber primary care physicians and clinical leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and communities.

Role:

  • Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
  • Bonus: up to 20% of Base Salary
  • Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
  • Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
