Job Overview

The Manager, Digital Acumen & Training is a global role within SC&O Systemsthat enables the success of Global Supply Chainby strengtheningour AI mindset, digitalacumen,systemadoption, and operational readiness. This roleisresponsible fordefining and delivering scalable digitalcurriculums and learning experiencesthat improve how supply chain teams use systems, data, and toolsandtocontinueto evolve our citizen developer program. The role has a direct impact on operational efficiency, system performance,AI readiness,establishinga data-drivenculture,andchangeadoption across regions, making it a key enabler of supply chain transformation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global digital acumen and training strategy for Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) Systems, ensuring alignment with Global Supply Chain priorities.

  • Design, deploy, and continuously improverolebaseddigital curriculums, learning experiences, and training programsthat support enterprisedigital acumen, citizen development,supply chain systems, digital tools, and data capabilities.

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, IT, Process Owners, and Change Management teams to support system deployments, enhancements, and transformations.

  • Assess digital skill gaps and training needs across regions and functions, translating them into targeted learning plans and materials.

  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for digital learning content, knowledge management, and user enablement.

  • Drive adoption and effective use of supply chain systems byleveragingmetrics, feedback, and performance data.

  • Lead and develop a team and/or extended network of training and enablement resources in a global, matrixed environment.

  • Support audit readiness and compliance by ensuring training documentation, records, and controls areaccurateandmaintained.

  • Createalifecyclelearnerprocess, including the development of KPIs tomonitorprogram and curriculumeffectivenss.

  • Provide data driven updates and reports on program effectiveness to senior leadership

  • Continue to evolve citizen developer program in partnership withAI &Digital PMO andData Engineer & Digital Developmenttoidentifythe right use cases and provide mentorship, training, a best practice sharing

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Learning & Development,Educationor related field).

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Typically requires 6+yearsof progressive experience in supply chain operations, systems enablement, digital training, or learning & development, including people or program leadership.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training or enablement programs for enterprise systems in a global environment.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how digital tools and systems enable operational performance.

  • Experience partnering withcrossfunctionalstakeholders in a matrixed organization.

  • Proven ability to drive adoption, change, and continuous improvement through learning and capability building.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, andstakeholdermanagementskills.

  • Familiarity with AI concepts, Agile software development, DataManagementand IT Systems

  • Familiaritydigital learning platforms.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting global supply chain or operations organizations.

  • Deep experience withAI concepts, Agile software development, DataManagementand IT Systems

  • Experience with change management, digital transformation, orlargescalesystem implementations.

  • Experience with designing and delivering citizen development programs

  • Background in adult learning, instructional design, or capability development.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience in anonmanufacturingenvironment.

Other:

  • Language: Englishrequired;additionallanguages preferred for global collaboration.

  • Travel: Up to 10-15%, domestic and/or international.

  • Certifications: Learning & Development, Change Management, Agile, AI or Digital enablementcertificationspreferred.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
