  • Lead strategic initiatives to develop and grow the marketplace business

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build partnerships and engage stakeholders across internal and external teams

  • Use data analytics and financial insights to inform decisions and drive value creation

  • Oversee seller lifecycle management, performance reviews, and issue resolution

  • Identify new business models and adapt strategies to changing market conditions

  • Coach and support teams in communication, negotiation, and business acumen


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 5 years’ experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area; OR 7 years’ experience in those areas

  • Proven expertise in strategic business acumen, including market trend analysis and financial performance evaluation

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Exceptional business communication capabilities

  • Experience driving value creation through innovative business strategies and process improvements

  • Ability to lead negotiations and manage seller lifecycle

  • Proficiency in data analytics and digital tools

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale initiatives and aligning teams with organizational goals
