Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions ethically and compassionately via secure video conferencing platforms.
  • Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.
  • Create personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique experiences, aspirations, and mental health requirements.
  • Facilitate client self-exploration to gain insights into their emotions, relationships, and cognitive patterns.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Empower clients to develop effective coping strategies to manage stress and improve overall mental resilience.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve stable, low acuity adults presenting a diverse array of mental health challenges. As part of our commitment to individualized care, we match you with clients whose needs align with your therapeutic specialties and preferences, ensuring that your caseload is both manageable and rewarding.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • You must hold one of the following licenses that allows independent practice: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Provisional licenses are not accepted, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions on their record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine empathy for clients’ challenges.
  • Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms to conduct effective virtual therapy sessions.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in providing teletherapy services or remote counseling.
  • Knowledge and expertise in implementing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.
  • Experience working with adults in outpatient settings would be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our benefits include:
