This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location that suits you. You will be part of a fully remote team that collaborates effectively to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical practice and fostering a safe environment for clients.
  • Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, enhancing their self-awareness and personal growth.
  • Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while introducing healthy coping strategies that empower clients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through organizational training and feedback, applying best practices to improve client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be supporting stable, low acuity adults who present a variety of mental health challenges. These may include stress management, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will significantly impact the lives of individuals by providing them with the skills and tools they need to enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this position.
  • You must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently.
  • Your license must not be limited, provisional, nor subject to any disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for effective client engagement.
  • Strong computer literacy skills for streamlined use of electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms are essential.
Preferred Experience

While specific prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory, we value previous work in diverse clinical settings, knowledge of trauma-informed care principles, and familiarity with community outreach programs. Experience in developing treatment plans and familiarity with solution-based therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, based on your experience, hours worked, and client caseload. Additionally, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
