Ready to lead the charge in making every day brighter? We’re looking for a dynamic Activities Director who’s passionate about creating unforgettable moments and energizing our community with vibrant, meaningful programs.

Your Mission as an Activities Director:

  • Design and run therapeutic and recreational activities that get residents moving, laughing, and connecting

  • Create individual and group programs that are both fun and purposeful

  • Manage the recreation budget with smart, efficient, and impactful planning

  • Lead, inspire, and supervise a strong team of assistants and volunteers

  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas that elevate the resident experience every day

What You’ve Got:

  • Previous activities experience — SNF experience preferred, but we’re open to training a strong candidate with a solid activities background

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation (or related field)

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Activities Director or equivalent leadership experience

  • CTRS certification (or related credential) preferred

  • A genuine passion to uplift, motivate, and engage residents
