Marketing & Customer Care Assistant - Greensboro Auto Auction

About Us We are a leading independent auto auction committed to providing dealers, consignors, and commercial clients with outstanding service, strong results, and trusted relationships. At Greensboro Auto Auction, relationships drive everything we do.  We're looking for a Marketing & Customer Care Assistant who can help us deliver top-tier service to our dealers while supporting the creative, fast-moving energy behind our sales and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound dealer communication via phone, email, and text.
  • Assist dealers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through the auction process.
  • Proactively reach out to active and inactive dealers about upcoming sales, promotions, and events.
  • Support and participate in in lane promotions during sale days.
  • Assist with marketing efforts including campaign support, dealer outreach, and event execution.
  • Help create and maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment (including seasonal decorating and event setup).
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate dealer information and activity.
  • Assist with light reporting and tracking of outreach and sales support efforts.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless dealer experience.
