Their goal is to enhance the quality of life for participants by providing engaging and therapeutic activities, such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, and social events. They work closely with other staff to ensure activities are suitable for the participants’ abilities and interests, and help monitor participation and well-being during events.

Job description

Bring the Energy. Lead the Play. Make Kids’ Days Amazing.

About Little Land

At Little Land, we believe childhood should be filled with movement, laughter, imagination, and fun.
Our play gyms are places where kids explore, learn, and build confidence through play — and where families come together to enjoy time together.
We’re looking for energetic, outgoing Kids Activity Leaders who love working with children and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced team.
As a Kids Activity Leader, you’ll be one of the faces of Little Land. You’ll welcome families, engage with kids during play, support birthday parties and programs, and help create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
If you love being active, talking with people, and making kids smile — this might be the perfect job for you.

What You'll Do

Welcome Families

  • Greet families as they arrive
  • Check guests in for open play, classes, and birthday parties
  • Help parents understand programs and activities
  • Answer questions and provide friendly customer service
  • Ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported

Lead Fun Activities for Kids

  • Interact with children during open play sessions
  • Encourage movement, creativity, and exploration
  • Help lead fun activities and games
  • Support classes and group activities
  • Maintain a safe and positive play environment

Your energy helps set the tone for the entire play gym.

Help Host Birthday Parties & Special Events

  • Check in party guests
  • Assist with party setup and organization
  • Help guide party activities and games
  • Support party hosts and ensure events run smoothly
  • Create a fun and memorable experience for the birthday child and their guests

Support the Play Gym Team

  • Maintain clean and organized play areas
  • Help reset spaces between activities
  • Support teammates during busy play sessions
  • Assist with classes and special programs
  • Help create a welcoming environment for families

Who We're Looking For

  • Love working with kids
  • Have a positive, energetic personality
  • Are comfortable talking with families and guests
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, active environment
  • Are dependable and show up ready to work
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Take pride in creating great experiences for others

We’re looking for people who bring great energy, love helping others, and want to make every kid’s visit special.

Ideal Experience

  • Babysitting
  • Camp counselor
  • Youth sports coaching
  • Working at a daycare or preschool
  • Customer service roles
  • Hosting events or birthday parties
  • Personality, enthusiasm, and a love for working with kids matter most.

Why People Love Working at Little Land

Little Land is not your typical job. Here you’ll find:

  • Kids laughing and playing every day
  • A supportive and energetic team
  • A fun, active work environment
  • Opportunities to develop leadership skills
  • A chance to make a positive impact on kids and families

Join the Team

If you’re ready to bring great energy, help kids have fun, and be part of an incredible team, we’d love to meet you.
Come help us make Little Land the happiest place for kids to play.
