Essential Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for company leadership.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other business documents.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and employee activities.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and other logistics as needed.
  • Assist the Customer Service Team by helping coordinate customer communications, maintaining customer records, tracking service requests, and supporting efforts to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Executive Team in coordinating and overseeing administrative aspects of the sales organization, including sales reporting, customer communications, meeting coordination, and initiatives that support continued sales growth.
  • Provide administrative support for the planning, coordination, and execution of the expansion of Core X Performance's existing facility, including scheduling, document management, vendor coordination, and project tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.
  • Support special projects and assist leadership with administrative and operational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office procedures and administrative processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
