Job description

Pearl Healthcare is looking for a talented Activity Assistant’s to join our team!  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and demonstrate passion about caring for our residents.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead programs and encourage resident participation in our activity programs.
  • Implement person-centered plans of care that encourage socialization, provide entertainment, relaxation and fulfillment, and improve daily living skills for residents of varied functional levels.
  • Conduct patient interview assessments and care plan.
  • Document resident participation, mood, behavior, assistance level.
  • Set up the physical environment for activities.
  • Assist with special events, theme days, celebrations.

Candidate must have the following:

  • Demonstrate a high standard of ethics.
  • Dependability.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate compassion and exhibit patience.


Job requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
