What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers in-store and on the lot
  • Identify customer needs and guide them through the buying process
  • Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions
  • Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
  • Follow up with leads, showroom traffic, and existing customers
  • Handle incoming calls and internet inquiries
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and daily activity
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
