The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading classroom instruction, managing data and administrative processes, and spending time on the production floor actively engaging with new employees and trainers. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and a passion for developing people and creating a positive team member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate New Hire Orientation, including but not limited to maintaining schedules, coordinating presenters, and preparing the training room. Conduct all facility tours during orientation while ensuring adherence to safety practices. Maintain training records, attendance documentation, and onboarding materials. Ensure new team members have a thorough understanding of all information provided during orientation and onboarding. Serve as a resource for new hires and assist with questions related to training, onboarding, and company procedures. Coordinate with department leadership to ensure required onboarding and training activities are completed. Evaluate the effectiveness of training provided and follow up with team members regarding their progress and effectiveness within their assigned departments. Work closely with Department Managers, Assistant Production Managers (APMs), and Production Managers (PMs) to ensure all Green Hat evaluations are completed accurately and submitted to the TMX Manager within established timelines. Interact with and support all new hires throughout their first 90 days of employment, including daily communication during their first 30 days. Conduct exit interviews with departing team members and communicate findings as appropriate. Maintain the Training Room and coordinate the setup and preparation of all training classes and events. Manage company-issued T-shirt inventory and distribution. Assist the TMX Manager with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) initiatives and related activities. Assist in developing and maintaining company policies, procedures, training materials, and documentation related to the Team Member Experience program. Support the TMX Manager with employee engagement initiatives, special projects, and continuous improvement efforts. Actively support recruiting activities, onboarding processes, and workforce development initiatives. Collect, track, analyze, and communicate training, onboarding, and team member data to leadership as needed. Promote a positive culture that reflects Clayton Homes' values and commitment to team member development. Perform other duties as assigned.
