Position Overview
The Springs at Murrayhill is looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant who's not just interested in planning activities but is passionate about transforming them into memorable experiences. If the idea of bringing seniors' favorite hobbies, stories, and aspirations to life excites you, this could be the perfect role for you!
Availability: We are looking for someone who can work part-time in our Memory Care, weekend availability is a requirement. Experience working in memory care is preferred.
Departments: The Life Enrichment Assistant will work with residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and within our Memory Care community.

  • Prepare and serve snacks, adding warmth and care to each gathering
  • Assist with transportation to and from community events
  • Transportation to and from appointments, activities, etc. (company bus and vans are provided)

Qualifications
  • Experience with seniors or Memory Care (dementia) experience is a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must pass diving record screening
