As an Activities Aide at the Douglasville Center for Nursing and Healing, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Our interdisciplinary team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and services that enrich the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Plan, organize, and implement recreational activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and physical exercise for our residents.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of activity programs, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and special events.

  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress to ensure effective evaluation and improvement of programs.

  • Collaborate with other care providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care and support.
