A Day in the Life
As aTrainer, youwillbethe face of NRI by training onall functions related toour warehouseteam members. TheTrainer's focus is delivering outstandingteam member experience, best practices, safety, and SOPcomplaint aid in the development of the training program. TheTrainer is to be a mentor to all new employees and helps create anddemonstrateNRIteam spirit.

The following schedule are available for this role:Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Starting Pay:Base Wage $19.50

The Must Haves:
- Must have 12+ months of training experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Must be proficient with or willing to learn Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a MUST
- Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

- Providesand coordinates training for a new hireand existingNRI employeesto ensuretraining is delivered andevaluated for consistency
- Coach, counsel, and inspire employees to not only meet but exceed requiredperformance metrics
- Aidsin creating training programs by assessingskill/knowledge gaps, trainingobjectives,work situations, changes in trainingSOP's along withcontinuous improvement projects
- Exhibit and practice positive communications and team-building skills with trainees to ensurea consistently professional environment
- Complies withall safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities tothe supervisor or and Safety Manager
- Maintain a training log and all training documentation
- Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy conditionat all times
- Performs other duties as requested
