Job description

We are seeking a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Front office/Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform front office and administrative assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients, and visitors and assists with variety of needs, including intake paperwork.
  • Maintain multiple locations schedules, setting and changing appointments as needed.
  • Answer and route calls and communicating with staff regarding prescriptions, records, referrals, and billing.
  • Handle administrative duties in a timely manner.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields.
  • Must speak Spanish fluently and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Calm, professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks.
  • Strong computer and organizational abilities.
