Job description

The Big Walnut Local School District is currently seeking qualified candidates for academic tutor positions for approximately five (5) hours per day at Big Walnut Middle School (6-8). This is a part-time hourly position ($25/hour) with no benefits for the 2026.2027 school year - 5 days per week, hours TBD. Employment process will be completed through the ESC of Central Ohio.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have or be eligible for current, active license through the Ohio State Board of Education (https://sboe.ohio.gov/educator-licensure)

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:  Work with students in collaboration with teaching staff and building administrators to support student growth and help improve student achievement.

Reports to:  Building Principal
