Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Photographer to join our team. As the Photographer, you will capture the important moments that tell a story. The ideal candidate is technically skilled as well as creative in Action Sports & Event photography.  

Key Responsibilities 
  • Photograph school sports, activities, and special events (e.g., games, matches, pep rallies, performances) with a focus on action, emotion, and storytelling
  • Capture a variety of images suitable for yearbook publication, including action shots, group photos, and candid moments
  • Follow shot lists, style guidelines, and coverage instructions provided by the company and/or school
  • Upload images promptly after each event according to company specifications
  • Ensure photos are well-composed, properly exposed, and in focus
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with students, coaches, school staff, and families
  • Adhere to school policies and student privacy requirements at all times
Qualifications
  • Proven experience photographing sports, events, or fast-paced environments
  • Ability to consistently capture sharp, high-quality action images in varying lighting conditions
  • Own professional or prosumer DSLR or mirrorless camera equipment suitable for sports photography
  • Reliable transportation to travel to local schools and event locations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Availability during evenings and weekends, as most events occur outside of school hours
Compensation is $60 per event covered.
