Location: Mount Laurel , NJ

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Actimize Developer to design, build and maintain NICE Actimize platform solutions supporting our AML and financial crimes compliance programs. The ideal candidate combines deep Actimize technical expertise with engineering practices including CI/CD, cloud deployment and database proficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain NICE Actimize CTR solutions (mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in Actimize Designer, alert configuration, and workflow customization.
  • Hands-on experience with CTR module aggregation logic, exemption processing, and FinCEN e-filing integration (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment methodologies using tools such as GitLab CI and Azure DevOps, including deployment strategies like Rolling and Blue-Green deployments.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for AML workload deployment.
  • Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, including data types, indexing, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Demonstrates a proactive learning mindset by exploring new tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns without requiring direction.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with experience supporting and maintaining production environments.
