Job description

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer to join our team and drive the installation, implementation, and optimization of Actimize IFM (Integrated Fraud Management) solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Actimize platforms, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of fraud detection systems.
Key Responsibilities
•       Implement, configure, and customize Actimize IFM solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements
•       Install and configure Actimize Platform (AIS, ActOne, UDM etc.)
•       Enhance Actimize IFM solution, build custom Policy Manager rules, workflows, DARTS etc.
•       Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve technical issues; Perform root cause analysis to minimize recurrence
•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, project managers) throughout the SDLC
•       Perform unit, system, performance and integration testing; Document technical specifications, installation steps, and troubleshooting procedures
•       Install product patches and service packs, Upgrade Actimize platform and solutions over time
•       Lead or participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog management, and documentation
•       Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
•       Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed
Required Qualifications:
•       5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on NICE Actimize.
•       Hands-on experience in installing and implementing Actimize Platform and Solutions, preferably IFM, IFM-X
•       Experience in implementing and configuring Actimize ActOne features such as DART, Workflows, Policy Manager, Dashboards, Permissions etc
•       Experience in creating custom code/enhancing existing code using Actimize AIS Modeler
•       Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
•       Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Query optimizations and data analysis
•       Experience in developing RCM custom plugins is a plus
•       Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic) is a plus
•       Understanding of compliance and financial crime domains (Fraud, AML, etc.).
•       Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools like Git.
•       Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
•       Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment
