Location: Mt. Vernon, NY
Hours: M-F (35 hours weekly)
Salary: $90,000
Pay to Stay Bonus: $7,500

Join the Guidance Center of Westchester and help transform lives through our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program. ACT is an evidence-based, community-based model that provides comprehensive behavioral health services to adults living with serious mental illness. Our multidisciplinary team meets individuals where they are-in their homes and throughout the community-to promote recovery, independence, and improved quality of life.
As the Assistant Program Director, you'll partner with the ACT Director to provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, maintain a small caseload, and help ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

What You'll Do
  • Support the daily operations of the ACT program.
  • Supervise staff and interns while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Provide direct community-based services to a small caseload.
  • Ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead team meetings and clinical operations in the Director's absence.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and provide crisis support.

Qualifications
  • LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT required.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness.
