What You'll Do
- Provide regular group and individual clinical supervision to ACT team members
- Lead daily team meetings and treatment planning meetings
- Schedule staff work hours to ensure appropriate service coverage
- Oversee and coordinate all consumer admissions and assessments
- Assign consumers to ACT case managers based on clinical needs
- Continuously evaluate consumers and coordinate treatment planning according to daily needs
- Supervise medical record documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy
- Maintain a small caseload (no more than 5 consumers) to remain clinically engaged
- Ensure adherence to best practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field
- Eligible for QMHP-CS designation
- Experience in the mental health and substance use disorder field
- Current Texas driver's license
- Ability to meet insurance criteria
- Ability to pass all applicable training requirements
- Master's degree in a human services field (unofficial transcript must accompany application)
- Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, LPC-I, or LMSW
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented and community-based treatment models
