Relate Therapy, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic outpatient team in Ontario, California. This role is structured to allow for remote work, giving our clinicians the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will operate under a virtual outpatient service model while still enjoying the fruitful collaboration with colleagues. This innovative setup ensures that our team can provide seamless care to our clients without the constraints of traditional in-person therapy.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to treat a diverse array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
• Document clinical observations, treatment plans, and progress notes promptly and accurately according to agency policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain a manageable weekly caseload that provides room for flexibility to accommodate both client and clinician preferences while ensuring therapeutic needs are met.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaboration and collective therapeutic strategies.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities suitable for the challenges presented by clients.

You will be working with a broad client demographic, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental and emotional challenges. Our clinic focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services to individuals navigating issues related to stress, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. Providing culturally competent therapy is crucial, as our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences.

• Must hold an active California registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist.
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients.
• Adept in time management and organization, ensuring that client needs are met consistently and professionally.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience preferred, particularly in an outpatient or community health clinic setting.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
