Here's what you will be doing as a Program Manager:

  • Coordinating all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, you are the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspect of the program.

  • You'll have performance responsibility for your program and will regularly deliver status updates to management.

  • Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts etc.; many of which will be shared resources with other programs.

To be considered for a Program Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Minimum of an BS Degree.

  • 5+ years of relevant program management related experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments.

  • For applicants transitioning from the military, leadership experience in operations, logistics, acquisition, or program management may be considered in lieu of direct industry experience. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives in defense or similarly structured environments is highly valued.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence.

  • Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Some travel may be required.

  • Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.
