Position Overview

Kiewit is seeking a Site Talent Acquisition Advisor to support a large-scale construction project in Point Pleasant, WV. This individual will serve as the primary recruiting partner for project leadership, driving workforce planning and full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent across construction and project support functions.

This is a highly visible, site-based role that requires a proactive recruiter capable of building strong partnerships with operations leaders and delivering talent solutions in a fast-paced project environment.

District Overview

HR Operations is an integral partner and service provider at Kiewit. In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence. Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization.

This role will be based on-site in Point Pleasant, WV.


Relocation Assistance and/or Per Diem Available

Responsibilities
  • Partner with project leadership to develop and execute workforce staffing plans.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, military programs, and industry outreach.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing talent market insights and recruiting best practices.
  • Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and candidate site visits.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide staffing updates to project and HR leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or EPC-related hiring.
  • Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work onsite in Point Pleasant, WV for the duration of the project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large-scale project staffing, workforce planning, and rapid hiring ramps.
  • Background recruiting for Construction roles such as: Field Engineers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Safety, Quality, Materials Management, and Project Controls professionals.
  • Experience supporting union and project-based workforce hiring.
  • Experience partnering directly with project executives and operations leadership.
  • Advanced sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and recruiting analytics.
  • Experience supporting mega projects, power generation, advanced manufacturing, data center, LNG, industrial, or large commercial construction projects.
