Job Description *** Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph *** The Carpenter, Maintenance performs the carpentry duties necessary to maintain in good repair building woodwork and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors

Work involves most of the following: Examines blueprints and determines dimensions of structure. Layout and construct light gauge metal framing. Hang, tape, finish and sand new drywall.

Layout and install acoustical ceiling grid. Install acoustical ceiling tile. Install ceramic title.

Must perform snow-removal duties during inclement weather, which may occur on holidays, weekends, and evenings. Other duties as assigned Salary Rate: $30.00 to $37.00/hour + Fringe $5.55/hour Positions covered by the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act or Davis-Bacon Act will comply with the statute requirements. #Intel Basic Job Requirements High school diploma / GED equivalent is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and 3 years directly related experience is required
