Physician MD/DO - Outpatient - Family/Primary/Managed Care - FL-based

KorzenHealth is partnering with a highly respected physician group seeking to hire a Primary Care Physician to their established practice in SpringHill, FL (about 1 hour north of Tampa, FL city center).

The hiring organization is committed to developing a robust physician network, fostering a collaborative and collegial work environment. Their culture emphasizes safety, quality, and evidence-based care, and they actively seek strong leaders who can contribute to shaping the practice's culture and attracting top medical talent.

Please note: Board Certification is required. ACN license is acceptable ONLY if Board-Certified. Visa candidates are encouraged to apply if completing residency.

Position Highlights:

21 days of paid time off annually

7 days of CME leave per year, with a $3,000 CME allowance

Comprehensive medical benefits provided at no cost for physicians and dependents

Complimentary life insurance coverage equivalent to one year's salary

Covered payor credentialing fees

Manageable patient load, generally 10-15 patients per day
