About the Job
Acloché has immediate openings for a Customer Service Clerk in Lewis Center.
If you're looking for a new opportunity, then look no further! Acloché is looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service Clerk, someone who thrives in a field that allows them to think outside of the box. Someone who is reliable and professional and enjoys a casual, family owned, and rewarding environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls, email, fax, and web chats in a timely, professional manner.
  • Process orders by phone, fax, and email.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery date, and freight quotes.
  • Troubleshoot customer questions and/or issues.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding product updates relevant to customer orders.
  • Other customer service projects.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Warehouse Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers, vendors, and other departments within the company.
