Assist with removing impediments for the team. Inspire and motivate the team to deliver innovative solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency. When applicable, work with and manage vendors that support or will support your products, including: defining any deliverables from a contract perspective, driving vendor timelines that coincide with any project goals, and ongoing management of the relationship. Act as an ambassador for the products internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the products. Be willing and able to work on projects of all sizes and importance.

Mandatory Skills:
Experience as a Product Owner or Business Product Lead supporting financial services, payments, ACH, wire transfers, treasury, or banking operations. Write user stories that clearly define functionality, requirements, payment rules, exception flows, and customer experience considerations. Participate in sprint planning and reviews, ensuring payment related features are well understood, refined, and ready for development. Make day to day tactical decisions regarding payment features, priorities, trade offs, and defect resolution to keep development moving efficiently. Maintain product documentation, including process flows, business rules, payment scenarios, and release notes across all supported payment types. Communicate progress, updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders across Product, Operations, Servicing, and Technology.
