Requisitos Principales:
  • Debe tener experiencia en trabajo general.
  • Debe ser capaz de preparar metal para recubrimiento, monitorear el proceso y garantizar el control de calidad.
  • Debe asegurar que las piezas estén libres de aceite, pintura y óxido mediante clasificación, limado y asistencia con tratamientos químicos de inmersión.
  • Monitorear las temperaturas de los baños químicos, los niveles de químicos y los tiempos de inmersión para garantizar que el recubrimiento se adhiera correctamente.
  • Eliminar bordes afilados, áreas ásperas o exceso de zinc utilizando limas manuales, cepillos de alambre, esmeriles o lijadoras.
  • Identificar áreas sin recubrimiento en el metal y repararlas utilizando zinc en aerosol, zinc líquido o barras de zinc caliente.
  • Debe contar con licencia de conducir válida o identificación estatal vigente.
