Job description

Ace Avant is a leading construction company specializing in concrete, site/erosion, and specialty services. We're seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our erosion control team. No prior experience? No problem! We provide training to help you succeed. If you're ready to work and want to contribute to quality construction projects, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist with installing and maintaining erosion control measures (silt fences, straw wattles, sediment basins). Support site prep, vegetation management, monitoring, and equipment maintenance. Work outdoors in various conditions, often requiring physical effort and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of soil erosion and safety practices is a plus but not necessary-training will be provided. Must be comfortable with strenuous outdoor work and have good communication skills.

Work Environment:

Outdoors, noisy, variable weather, sometimes extreme environments.

Physical Demands:

Lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, perform physically demanding tasks.
