We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to drive growth in our logistics services division, including commercial moving, warehousing, and transportation. Reporting to the president, you'll set strategy, build and lead a high-performing sale team, and personal grow your own book of business.

The pay range is $150,000 - $175,000 base salary plus additional incentives. Starting pay is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, flexible time off, paid holidays, bereavement pay and retirement benefits. The VP of Sales position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program.

Technology Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, and CRM systems such as Hubspot.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to create formula, charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to learn and function as necessary with proprietary ERP system.
  • Ability to effectively utilize customer relationship management systems, preferably HubSpot.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or sales management.
  • 10+ years sales management experience building, training, and nurturing teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Deep industry knowledge and an extensive network of industry contacts strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including data and financial analysis to support effective decision-making and prioritization.
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
  • Willingness to travel as required to establish and maintain business relationships.
