About the Role

Seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Integration to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-wide integration platforms. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for enabling seamless connectivity across business systems, trading partners, and cloud ecosystems.

This individual will play a critical role in advancing integration capabilities across middleware, APIs, and cloud platforms while supporting broader digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive the global integration strategy across middleware, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
  • Align integration initiatives with enterprise architecture and business priorities
  • Lead technology roadmap planning and platform evaluation (IBM ACE, API Connect, iPaaS, SAP BTP Integration Suite)

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Oversee design and implementation of enterprise-grade integration solutions
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across ERP, CRM, PLM, and cloud platforms
  • Promote modern architectures including microservices, APIs, and event-driven design

Team & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead and mentor global teams of Integration Architects and Analysts
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Operations & Service Management

  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of integration platforms
  • Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Define and track KPIs and SLAs for service delivery and business impact

Vendor & Financial Management

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement on financial alignment

Innovation & Transformation

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and integration trends
  • Lead modernization efforts (cloud-native, API-first, hybrid integration)
  • Drive proof-of-concepts and adoption of new platforms

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Integration, including leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in middleware platforms (IBM ACE, Sterling, API Connect)
  • Experience with cloud integration platforms (SAP CPI, SAP BTP, iPaaS)
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, SOA, APIs, and microservices
  • Proven experience leading global teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
  • Automotive or manufacturing industry background
